CABIN CREW CERTIFICATE
(Certificate
II in Aviation - Flight Operations)
From 2007, Aviation Australia opened their Cabin Crew Training
Centre to international students who are interested in gaining
a professional cabin crew qualification. Cabin crew students
will have the opportunity to train in the same facilities
as the professional cabin crew use and will be trained by
former or current airline staff. All training is conducted
at the professional cabin crew training centre at Brisbane
International Airport. Training includes experience on-board
a functioning 727 aircraft owned by the school.
AA's cabin crew training facilities are unique in the world as the only full scale professional cabin crew training centre that is not airline-owned.
AA's cabin crew course is highly practical and the crew training centre is extremely well equipped with aircraft, simulators, evacuation slides, a full ditching pool with full size life rafts, smoke and fire trainer and wide-body galley service simulator.
Approximately half the course time is practical - (145hr theory / 135hr practical). Class room time is mainly to prepare knowledge before each prac training session.
Please see

other training facilities at Aviation Australia.
