Free
Counselling
The Aviation Study Centre is staffed by a team of professional, very
experienced education counsellors who speak a number of different
languages. We are able to respond to enquiries either directly or
via an affiliated interpreter in nearly all languages.
Our counsellors assist you (free of charge) from the initial enquiry
stage, discussing school options, selecting a school and course, planning
your budget, visa and insurance arrangements and ensuring that your
application and enrolment process goes smoothly. |

Study
English
As most of the courses offered through Aviation Study Centre are CRICOS
registered, they may have English language requirements. Our counsellors
have sound working relationships with a large number of English language
colleges throughout Australia and can provide excellent advice as
well as conduct the application and enrolment processes. More importantly,
our counsellors can assist you to package your English studies with
your principal course to avoid paying multiple visa fees.

Application
Lodgement
Once you have chosen a school and a course, you are required to
follow an often confusing and difficult application lodgement and
response process that finally leads to the school issuing a Confirmation
of Enrolment. This document enables you to apply for your visa.
Our counsellors are authorised by our education partners to assist
you with this process. They send, receive and check all forms and
documents, answer your questions and ensure that the school responds
correctly and quickly to your application. You do not usually need
to pay for this service, though some agencies have fee-based service
policies.

Visa
Arrangement
After you accept an offer to join an Australian school and pay the
necessary fees, you usually receive a Confirmation of Enrolment. Our
staff and agents assist you and advise you within the limitations
and regulations specified by the Australian Immigration Authorities,
on your visa process. If there are any visa problems or delays, our
staff can be authorised by you to deal directly with the Australian
Immigration Department on your behalf. |

Travel
& Insurance
Organising international travel and insurance can be difficult and
confusing. Aviation Study Centre has a network of affiliates who are
able to make all the necessary arrangements for you and are often
able to get better flight ticket prices due to group bookings. We
also assist you to select insurance that is suitable for your experience
in Australia and will be useful should you need to use it. |

Accommodation
&Homestay Programme
Accommodation is a key issue in the success of an overseas study experience.
Aviation Study Centre has handled accommodation for over 2,000 international
students and travellers from around the world and has a network of
excellent homestay agents and other types of accommodation.

Support
Most education agents offer free on-going support from our counselling
team. You may contact thier staff for advice on a range of issues
connected to your schooling or your home-life. Their objective is
